Indian River County Home Inspection in Sebastian, Florida, is a home inspection company offering a Complete Home Inspection, Four Point Inspection and Wind Mitigation Services, to clients throughout Indian River, Brevard, and Saint Lucie Counties. Our more than 30 years of experience specializing in air conditioning, plumbing, roof, and electrical inspections have contributed to the growth of our business.

Our goal is to protect homeowners, commercial and industrial clients through meticulous property inspections. We have owned and managed multiple properties in the local area, and know the best strategies for efficient property protection. We also have personal real estate holdings in the area and are active in the community.

Our founder, Ron VanBuskirk, is an Honorably discharged United States Navy veteran who has been an Indian River County resident for more than 35 years. He was stationed on board the USS Nitro, as a boiler technician, responsibility’s included the maintenance and the operations of the ships propulsion and electrical systems.

After 25 years of service at a local electrical utility here in Vero Beach, Florida. Ron worked as an operator/supervisor at the Power Plant, job duties included overseeing the operation of combustion turbines (CT), Heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), high pressure steam boilers and generators, gas and oil station alignment, water chemistry, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, low and high voltage breakers, chillers and associated auxiliary equipment.

During this time he attended Indian River State College specializing in air condition and heating. After completion he went on to work for a local air conditioning and heating company for many years, job duties included installation, servicing and troubleshooting all types of new and existing equipment throughout Indian River and surrounding counties.

Today, in addition to working hard to make our company a success and providing a highly valuable service to our clients, for the last six years he has volunteered time to the Sebastian Police Department
